What is a view?
Every time a visitor loads your website on their browser, it is counted as one view. This includes when they first enter your site, as well as any subsequent page reloads or visits to different pages.
How many websites can I add?
There's no limit. However, it's important to note that the view count is cumulative across all your sites.
Can I track my membership users?
When a visitor is signed in to your site, we automatically capture their email address, assuming we support integration with your membership system. This can be particularly useful for understanding user behavior and engagement on a more individual level. However, it's important to ensure that this practice aligns with your own privacy policy. We store this data solely for you to view and utilize as needed. We don't sell it, profile users, or use it for any other purposes.
How private is my data?
Data privacy is something we take very seriously. We never share your data with anyone else. We don't sell your data, ever. Our use of your data is strictly limited to running and improving the service we offer you.
What specific types of user data do you collect?
When someone first lands on your website, they receive a distinct ID unique to your site. We don't do cross-site tracking so they will have a different ID for each site. We also capture the IP addresses of visitors to determine their exact geographic location and block harmful activities. This allows you to identify the countries your visitors come from and help us stop bad actors. If you use a membership platform like Memberstack or Outseta, we will automatically attach the member ID and email address to the visitor. Our data collection is designed to balance the need for insightful analytics with a strong commitment to user privacy and security.
What measures are in place to ensure data accuracy?
As you'd expect, we've put a lot of time and resources towards ensuring that the data captured is as accurate and reliable as possible. A key aspect of ensuring data accuracy is filtering out non-human traffic. We encourage you to see for yourself. Our commitment to transparency lets you verify data accuracy directly. You can conduct tests to see how the tracking performs in the "Visitors" section. Note that we honor the 'Do Not Track' settings in browsers. Users with this enabled won't be tracked.
What happens if I go over the free plan limits?
Your sites will be disabled and events deleted. Tracking and analytics for your sites will be paused until you address the situation. However, you have the option to manually re-enable them the next month.
What happens if I exceed my paid plan?
For paid plans, we provide a grace period of two months. During this time, we will send you email notifications asking you to consider upgrading to a higher plan. If you're on the free plan, your sites will be disabled immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you'll still have access to your data for another 3 months. If you decide to end your subscription, you won't lose immediate access to your analytics data. You'll have plenty of time to review and export everything.
What about GDPR compliance?
GDPR compliance is a crucial aspect of our service. From your dashboard, you can generate a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with Article 28. You can request to access, amend, or delete user data by emailing help@nocodelytics.com. Our servers are in the European Union and user data does not leave this region. We store only essential data and delete it when not needed. For any specific inquiries or concerns related to data protection, you can reach out to our Data Protection Officer via email at dpo@nocodelytics.com.
Can I block tracking from my IP address?
Relying on IP addresses for excluding tracking isn't the most reliable method, as IP addresses can frequently change. Instead, a better approach is outlined in our "Exclude activity" article in the help center.
Do you offer support?
It's one of the areas where we truly excel. Providing excellent customer service is a key focus for us. It is fully in-house and not automated (you won't be talking to ChatGTP) or outsourced. This means when you get in touch, you're speaking directly with the team that's building Nocodelytics. So, if you ever need help or have questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to assist you.
